Talent Manager

Our team is growing here at PTG.

We are looking for a client-facing Talent Manager who can think strategically, build relationships, and exercise quick and thoughtful judgment.

If you have some industry experience, and have been looking for the opportunity to be an integral part of a small team, working with intention, having measurable impact, and truly caring for the talent you represent, PTG could be a fit for you.

Our Talent Managers own their own book of business of assigned talent from our agency roster, and are always supported and directed by our Head of Talent.

• You’re collaborative and leadership-oriented with the ability to function as a team lead for your assigned talent associate

Experience +

• Some exposure to influencer marketing, talent management, entertainment, media, communications, or public relations
• Strong experience in written and verbal communication and relationship building
• Some experience with negotiation and contract review

Operations Associate

We are looking for an agency-facing Operations Associate who can support agency operations through consistent task execution, process improvement, and great attention to detail.

• You’re organized and thrive on routine timelines and dependable tasks
• You have an intuition for workarounds, process improvement and problem solving
• You’re interested in starting out part-time (10–15 hours weekly) with the opportunity to grow to full-time within 6–12 months

Systems +
support.

• Strong ability to support talent on-boarding and talent experience
• Some experience with systems like CRMs
• Strong ability to streamline agency workflows and updating documentation
• Strong experience with calendaring, scheduling and managing multiple timezones
• Strong experience providing operational support on emails and meetings
• Some exposure to business development communications + outbound pipelines
• Associate’s Degree, Training Certification, or Bachelor’s Degree

Social Media Intern

We are looking for a Social Media Intern who can support agency social posts on LinkedIn and Instagram by tailoring our content to the different audiences on each platform, providing some insights on social-media trends, and occasionally writing content scripts to help us produce our own in-house content.

Creative +
platform-savvy.

• You can own our content calendar by generating copy + loading and scheduling content posts to go-live 3-5 times per week
• You have a creative eye and some design knowledge to create cohesive, modern brand templates using tools like Canva
• You have some strategy experience and can develop content scripts 2-3 times per month to help us produce bespoke agency content
• You’re open to agency-funded travel for on-site campaigns and events that must be documented for our social platforms
• You’re interested in starting out part-time (10-15 hours weekly) with the opportunity to grow to full-time within 6-12 months

Content +
instinct.

• Design skills in Canva (editing software is a bonus)
• Familiarity with content calendar tools like Vista Social
• Social media literacy (knowledge of all major social media platforms, algorithms and user interface)
• Customer Experience (engaging in DMs and comments on behalf of our agency)
• Social media strategy experience
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Art, Business or related field

Talent Associate

We are looking for a client-facing Talent Associate who can support agency Talent Managers and talent with coordination, strategy planning, and day-to-day campaign oversight.

Coordination +
communication.

• Proficient coordination skills
• Some exposure to influencer marketing, talent management, entertainment, media, communications, public relations (even as a consumer)
• Strong experience in written + verbal communication and relationship building
• Some experience creating decks and presentations
• Strong organizational skills and detail retention
• Pursuing or retained Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, Psychology or related field
